Hike to the Brandausicht
The hike to the Brandaussicht is a great, easy tour for families that is even suitable for baby carriages. After a 45-minute hike through the national park, you will be rewarded with a unique view - and a delicious buttermilk pancake at the "Brand-Baude"!
Visit to the Bastei
The Bastei is probably the most popular sight in Saxon Switzerland. From the famous Bastei viewpoint, you can enjoy a unique view of numerous peaks. You can also cross the Bastei bridge to reach the famous Neurathen rock castle.
Steamboat trip from Rathen to the capital Dresden
Since 1837, it has been impossible to imagine our region without the Saxon steamboat! A trip on the paddle steamer to Dresden, Saxon Switzerland and Bohemian Switzerland is a real highlight. The ferry landing stage is right in front of the hotel!
Discover the rock labyrinth
